Volleyball

In partnership with SoloSpike, we’ve developed a unique program to specifically train volleyball players to improve their acceleration, power and on‐court agility so they can become not just better athletes, but better volleyball athletes. Through our science‐based training protocols and patented equipment, we can improve an athlete’s jump mechanics so they rise higher with more hang time, giving them more explosive power behind every hit. We also advance exact neurological learning and coordination to heighten functional volleyball strength and improve the ability to set, pass,serve, spike and block.

 

Average Improvements: (after a full program)

  • 8‐10” increase in attack height
  • 4” increase in vertical power – increased explosive power
  • 33% improvement in foot speed
  • 20 % greater leg strength
  • Injury pre‐hab program to reduce risk of ACL injuries
